Ingredients

    2 fillets of tilapia
    olive oil, 1 TBSP
    can of chopped tomatoes, your choice
    one cut up onion
    a few sliced green olives, to your taste
    a few capers
    lime juice

Directions

Preheat oven to 350
heat oil in skillet
saute onions
lightly cook fillets, drain
pour on can of tomatoes
add olives and capers
squirt on lime juice
bake on a platter for about ten minutes.

    Very Good
    This was really good! I tried it with Walleye but it was almost too fishy. I might drain the can to tomatoes next time also. I did have to cook it for about 20 minutes to cook throughly. - 6/28/09
