  • I made this according to your recipe, and it was delish.. I did add 1 tsp of cream cheese to the center of the batter before baking... My husband went nuts over them and took them to his bowling team.. I love that it is low fat and still wonderful. I have to make more.... - 1/17/12

  • I agree with all the other comments. I used Splenda blend for baking, and it's 65 calories per cupcake. They are quite small, but if you just need a little something sweet, this will work! - 4/10/09

  • the way I made it it was kind of dense as a cake, but still good. I served it with sliced banana's and apples. Next time I'm using a canned fruit with juices so it isn't so dry. - 1/31/09

  • I made this for the fourth of July and it tasted good, kinda like a sugar cookie, but the texture was super heavy and thick and it didn't really rise, it was very moist though. I had to triple the recipe to fill a 9x11 pan. I will make it again, but probably as a fruit pizza base or cup cakes. - 7/7/08

  • Very easy. I ran out of Vanilla, so I added 1 tsp of Honey in place of one tsp of vanilla. I baked them for only about 10-12 mins and they were a little dry too - but still very tasty. We make about 10 cupcakes. - 6/29/08

My cupcakes were very dry, but tasty. I made a simple p-nut butter/chocolate frosting - very yummy! It also only made 15 cupcakes and the papers were only filled 1/2 way. - 12/14/07

  • Either I made these horribly wrong or my tastes don't run the same as the other users. I ended up throwing mine in the garbage. - 8/3/07

  • I made this with Splenda instead of sugar so it was even less calories. :) It was very moist although I thought it was closer to a muffin in taste and consistency. I put Cool Whip on it but it's just perfect plain! - 7/28/07

  • I made this just because I felt like baking and was in the mood for something sweet. The cake was so light and fluffy, it was delicious.
I just had trouble finding a light, sugar free icing to go with it! - 6/30/07
