Introduction

The french dressing helps give it a bit of a kick. Calories aren't bad, but NOT for those watching their cholesterol (unless you leave out the eggs, which I usually do anyway - they're just included here cuz they were in Mom's version) The french dressing helps give it a bit of a kick. Ingredients

    16 oz. Elbow Macaroni
    1/2 cup French-style salad dressing
    1/2 cup sliced green onion
    1/2 cup spanish olives stuffed with pimiento
    1 cup chopped sweet pickles
    1 cup thin-sliced carrots (about 2 small carrots)
    4 tbsp. yellow mustard
    1 cup Miracle Whip Light dressing
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. black pepper
    4 hard-boiled eggs, sliced

Directions

Cook the macaroni according to package directions, mix in the french dressing, and refrigerate. Once cold, combine the macaroni with the remaining ingredients, except for the eggs, then top with the eggs.
