Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 cup raw carrots - chopped or shredded
    1 cup green onions (scallions) - chopped
    1 cup green bell pepper- chopped
    1 tbsp thyme
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp pepper
    1 lb ground turkey, 93% lean if possible
    Whole Grain Wheat Bun x4
    olive oil - brush your patties with this before and during cooking

Directions

Mix carrots, scallions (or green onions), green peppers, thyme, salt, pepper, ground turkey in a bowl. Makes 4 patties. Brush with olive oil before and during cooking.
Broil in the oven or cook on the grill.
Serve on your wheat bun with ranch dressing as a topping if desired. I like it this way best. Different strokes for different folks. :)
