Ingredients

    1 bag froz. cooked shrimp
    5 green onions (top and bottoms)
    approx. 1 cup squash-chopped not finely
    2 cups brown rice
    1 stick butter
    2 14oz cans Swansons ch broth fat free
    2 tomoatoes sliced
    approx. 1/2 tsp Mortons Natures Seasons
    Seasoning Blend
    approx. 1/2 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
    1.5 cups water

Directions

combine all ingredients together in baking pan, cover with foil, put into 350 oven cook until juices are absorbed by rice...uncover place back in oven until browned if desired
