Ingredients

1 C. Spaghetti
3 oz. Shrimp
1 Clove Garlic
1 C. Green Bell Peppers, strips
3 tbsp Olive Oil
Directions
Makes 1-2 servings
Use a large pan on medium heat, fill it up with 3 tablespoons of olive oil. Crush one garlic clove and place in pan. Take the raw shrimp and cook in pan for about 15 minutes or until fully cooked. In a Medium sized sauce pan fill with about 5 cups of water. Bring to a boil and put spaghetti in. Cook until "flexible". Strain the pasta in a strainer. In another pan place the Bell peppers on low heat. You can use Pam to spray on the pan. Cook until browning. Place the pasta, and bell peppers in the shrimp pan and cook under low heat. Serve. You may use salt or pepper when cooking, or after.
