    2 Sweet Potatoes
    1 T Canola Oil
    Dash Black Pepper (to taste)
    Dash Salt (to taste)


Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place a baking sheet in the oven. Preheating the baking sheet helps the fries to crisp better.

Slice sweet potatoes in half lengthwise. Slice each half into 6 wedges. Place wedges in a bowl or sealed ziploc bag with oil and seasonings to taste. Toss to coat.

Place the fries onto hot baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes. Turn fries and bake another 15 minutes until brown and crispy.
