Ingredients

    Ingredients:


    Cream Cheese, 4 oz (remove)
    Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup, shredded (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 2 large (remove)
    Milk, nonfat, 1 cup (remove)
    *Heart Smart Bisquick (mix only), .5 cup (remove)
    Salt, 1 dash (remove)
    Pepper, black, 1 dash (remove)
    Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped (remove)
    Pink Salmon (canned), 15 oz (remove)

Directions

Add well beaten eggs to mixture of Cream Cheese, Cheddar Cheese, Milk, and Bisquick, mix well. Stir over medium heat until warm through and ingredients have blended. Add salt, pepper, onion and canned salmon. Place in an eight by eight lightly greased baking dish. Bake at 400 degrees for appromimately 40-45 minutes. (Top layer has a tendency to brown early on. 6 Servings
