Introduction

Inspired by not knowing whether I wanted tuna salad, egg salad, or a regular salad, so I threw it all together! 4 large meal-sized portions, or less calories as a side dish! Ingredients

    1/2 box elbow macaroni
    1 green pepper
    2 celery stalks
    3 green onions
    1/2 pint cherry tomatoes
    5-10 hamburger chips (dill pickles)
    2 hard boiled eggs
    2 cans tuna, drained
    10 Tbsp Kraft Miracle Whip Free dressing
    1ish Tbsp vinegar
    salt and pepper to taste


Directions

Cook pasta according to package. Drain and rinse with cold water. Chop pepper, celery, onions, tomatoes, pickles and eggs. Add tuna and macaroni, stir to combine. In a separate bowl, whisk dressing and vinegar until smooth. Stir into salad. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
