Introduction

I make this easy shake after I do my daily workout dvd. It fills you right up too tastes like a milkshake. You can experiment with this sometimes i put in a packet of splenda and some cocoa powder... once i used 1% Chocolate milk. I make this easy shake after I do my daily workout dvd. Ingredients

    1/3cup Non-fat MIlk Powder
    1cup 1%Milk
    half a sliced frozen Banana
    small handfull of frozen fruit (I use blueberries ur raspberries mostly)

Directions

Put all ingredients into a magic bullet or blender and blend up. Makes 1 serving
