I make this easy shake after I do my daily workout dvd. It fills you right up too tastes like a milkshake. Ingredients

1/3cup Non-fat MIlk Powder
1cup 1%Milk
half a sliced frozen Banana
small handfull of frozen fruit (I use blueberries ur raspberries mostly)
Directions
Put all ingredients into a magic bullet or blender and blend up. Makes 1 serving
