Make this the night prior to cooking. Easy, but not exactly on the low calorie list! Try to modify and use lowfat cheese, lowfat sausage, and whole wheat bread. Make this the night prior to cooking. Ingredients

4 slices bread
1 lb. bulk or link sausage
1 c sharp cheddar cheese, grated
6 eggs
2 c milk
1 t. dry mustard (optional)
1 tsp. salt and pepper
Directions
1. Tear up bread slices and place in greased baking dish 13" x 9" x 2".
2. Brown sausage, drain fat and spoon over bread.
3. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
4. Beat together eggs, milk, mustard, salt and pepper and pour over mixture in baking dish.
5. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 35 to 40 min. The cheese will rise to the top.
You can prepare this the night before, covered and refrigerated. Cook the next morning.
