Introduction

Ingredients

    8 oz scallops
    1 cup imitation crabmeat
    1/2 Tbsp olive oil (or butter)
    1 Tbsp dry white wine (Chardonnay works well)
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    1 tsp chives
    1 tsp tarragon
    4 oz Soba Buckwheat noodles

Directions

Make noodles in boiling water according to directions; drain and set aside.

In a wok or saucepan, brown garlic, tarragon, and chives in olive oil. Add scallops and imitation crab meat. Add wine. When scallops are opaque, add noodles. Serves 4.

*Note: you may substitute butter for olive oil.
