Ingredients

    1/4 cup 2% milk
    1 cup low-fat plain yogurt
    1 package (1 oz) ranch or dill salad dressing mix
    2 tbsp dill weed
    1/8 tsp celery seed
    1/8 tsp pepper
    2 large cucumbers, peeled and sliced
    2/3 cup sliced red onions, separated into rings

Directions

In a small bowl, combine all ingredients, except cucumber and onion. Mix well. Stir in the cucumbers and onions. Serve with a slotted spoon.
