Introduction

Ingredients

20 oz can Dole Pineapple no sugar added
1 small Banana
1 Figi Apple
10 Grapes
1 Small slice Canteloupe (approx 1/2 in thick)
1 Small slice Honeydew (approx 1/2 in thick)
1 Cup fresh Blueberries
1 6 oz nonfat Vanilla yogurt
Directions
Cut all fruit into bite size pieces, mix together.
Mix yogurt and pineapple juice (from can do not throw out).
Place fruit into seperate serving dishes.
Pour yogurt mixture over fruit . Approx. 2 -3 tablespoons per serving.
Top each with two tablespoons of granola.
Serve in boat shaped ramakins for added flare. Hence Fruit and Yogurt Boats.....
