my Caesar Salad dressing.

Ingredients

    Hellmann's cholesterol free mayo....4 tbsp
    Garlic.....................................................3 cloves
    Lemon juice.........................................1 tbsp
    White vinegar.......................................3 tsp
    keen's dry mustard..............................1/4 tsp
    worcestershire sauce...........................2 tsp
    Romaine Lettuce(1.5 or 2 heads)....20 leafs
    Bread - Dempsters Body Wise Whole Wheat (2 slices), 1 serving
    Parmesan Cheese, shredded..........4 tbsp
    Tabasco Sauce...................................5 shots

Directions

Wash and shred romaine leaves, toast the bread and make croutons, mix all other ingredients together and blend until smooth, toss into salad and enjoy. top with half a tablespoon of parmesan cheese. Makes 8 servings.
