Ingredients

    5 chicken tenders (flash frozen type-defrosted)
    1/4 cup of Italian Seasoned bread Crumbs
    1 Tbsp of Good Seasonings Italian Dry Dressing Mix
    1 egg white, beaten
    2 Tbsp of Olive Oil
    Salt & Pepper

Directions

Heat the Olive Oil in a medium pan over medium heat. Place the bread crumbs and seasoning mix in a zip lock bag. Dip the tenders into the egg and then put int he bag, shake to coat. Brown the tenders in the pan, flip to brown other side, cover and cook until done. Drain on paper towels if needed.

Makes 2 servings (2.5 tenders each)
