Ingredients

    1 pound navy beans, soaked, cooked tender in water
    1 onion diced
    1 cup catsup
    1 Tbsp mustard
    1/2 cup brown splenda packed
    1 Tbsp vinegar
    8 slices crisp bacon optional

Directions

Drain beans reserving liquid, place beans in crock pot, add remaining ingredients, and a little of reserved liquid. Cook on HIGH for 1 hour, lower heat to LOW and cook 2 additional hours.
