    1 C jicama, sliced into thin strips
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 tbsp paprika
    1 tsp onion powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp chili powder


Julienne or wedge the jicima.Toss all ingredients together in a large bowl until fries are well coated. Enjoy!
