Like Jicima cut into "fry" shapes, & "chip" shapes too. I don't use the olive oil. Peeling the exterior of the Jicima before slicing it is sufficient "moisture" for my taste buds to enjoy. I also sprinkle on celery salt, or garlic salt, or eat raw without flavors.
