Ingredients

    Ingredients:


    Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), .25 cup
    Spinach, fresh, 1 cup
    Garlic powder, .25 tbsp
    *Boar's Head Picante Provolone, 1 oz
    Butter, salted, 1 tbsp
    Pepper, black, 0.25 tsp
    Milk, nonfat, 0.12 cup

Directions

1. wisk eggbeaters,milk,garli powder and black pepper together until foam appears.
2.wash and pat dry spinach
3..pre heat a small saute pan on medium heat, add unsalted butter till melted
4..add egg mixture, when it reaches omlet consitancy add provoline slices and top with spinach
5. cover and when condensation appears check and see if it is cooked to your liking.
(some mebers of my family like it well cooked, others not so well done. Your taste is what counts when you take it off the stove.)
Slide it out and flip in half and serve with your favorite garnish.
