    3 ripe tomatoes
    10 leaves of fresh basil
    16 oz. mozzerrella cheese
    Pizza dough
    1 cup lukewarm water
    1 oz. baker's yeast
    2 TBSP. olive oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    2 1/2 cups wheat flour


Preheat oven 450 degrees. Dissolve 1 oz of yeast in 1 cup of lukewarm water. Chop 2 tomatoes and 10 leaves of fresh basil. Mix together the olive oil and dry ingredients into the yeast and water mixture with a fork. Let the dough rest and shred mozzerella cheese.

Press dough into a large greased pizza pan or two smaller pizza pans. Put on the chopped tomatoes. Sprinkle half the basil on top of the tomatoes. Cover the pizza with the cheese. Sprinkle the rest of the basil on top of the cheese.

Bake for ten minutes.

    Okay I just made this pizza today and although it was delicious you could have been a bit more clear.

    Why did you put "pizza dough" on the ingredients list? I went out and bought some not knowing that I would be making it!
