1/2 cup molasses
1/2 cup flour
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 cup non fat milk
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 egg whites
Cinnamon
Dried fruit such as figs, apricots, craisins, etc.
Directions
Makes 12 muffins. Place in muffin cups at 400 degrees for 16-20 minutes.
