Ingredients

    1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
    1 clove of garlic, minced or pressed
    1 pkg. 14oz frozen broccoli florets, thawed
    2 tsp white wine vinegar or lemon juice (nutrition facts are calculated using white wine vinegar)
    salt & pepper to taste

Directions

in a larfge nonstick pan, heat the oil and sautee the garlic for about 1 minute, being careful not to burn. Add the broccoli and sautee for about 2-3 minutes or until heated through. Sprinkle the vinegar and salt and pepper to taste.

    I'm not sure I liked the vinegar, but the flavor of the garlic and oil with the broccoli was a nice change. - 8/2/09
