Introduction
Salads have become a staple to my meals. I was getting tired of the usual bottled dressings so one day I was going to make my regular poppy seed dressing and I didn't have enough rice wine vinegar so I substituted half lemon juice and was I pleasantly surprised at the taste.I actually like it better. I then went on and tried using orange juice and lime juice. Each was just as tasty as the one I made with half lemon juice, hence the name Citrus Vinaigrette. Salads have become a staple to my meals.
