Ingredients

    1 can water pack tuna
    1 large egg
    1/2 cup uncooked rolled oats
    spices to taste

Directions

Combine all ingredients. Form into 6 round patties.
Bake at 350 degrees in preheated oven for 1/2 hour OR
cook in non-stick pan with canola oil spray according to directions on spray can for 0 calories added OR
cook in non-stick pan smeared with 1 TBS canola oil. (Using canola oil adds 40 calories per serving.)

Cook or bake until egg sets and surface slightly golden.
