    3 cups egg noodles or similar small noodles
    1 pkg tofu (I used pesto tofu)
    1 pkg frozen spinach, thawed
    1 can artichoke hearts, chopped
    1 28oz can crushed tomatoes
    1 T italian seasoning


Combine ingredients in a casserole dish, bake 40 minutes or until noodles are soft at 375 degrees.
