Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    1 1/2 c whole wheat flour
    1 c white flour
    2 3/4 c Kellogg's All Bran Buds
    1 c brown sugar
    1/2tbs baking soda
    1/2 tbs cinnamon
    2 c nonfat milk, soured with 1tbs lemon juice
    1 med banana, mashed
    1 snack size container unsweetened applesauce
    2 eggs
    1tbs molasses
    1/2 c raisins

Directions

-preheat oven to 375F
-mix together dry ingredients in a large bowl
-whisk together wet ingredients,
-add wet ingredients to dry and stir JUST until mixed, folding in raisins last (mixture should still be lumpy)
-bake in lined muffin tins for ~20mins
-makes 24 muffins (can be frozen)
