Ingredients

    Arnold Select Sandwich Thins Multi Grain 1 Sandwich thin
    1/4 cup pizza sauce or tomato sauce
    Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 1 oz (about 1/4 cup)
    Hormel Sliced Turkey Pepperoni -6 slices
    Green Bell Peppers Chopped
    Mushrooms, cooked 1/4 cup
    Sliced black olives- 1 TBLS

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Top Sandwich Thin with sauce and cheese and remaining toppings. Put on cookie sheet and bake 6-10 minutes. Enjoy!

    Very Good
    I toasted the bread first for additional crispness. SInce sodium is an issue in our house, I left off the olives. Great treat for snacking or on a buffet style lunch table. - 6/11/09

    Incredible!
    I just love the sandwich thins! I made these pizzas for dinner last night before even seeing your recipe. I just thought it would be a good idea. My son's friends were here (all 16 yo's) They all gave them a 5 star review.
