Introduction

This is soooo yummy and easy to make! full of good avocado fats and potassium. This is soooo yummy and easy to make! full of good avocado fats and potassium.

Ingredients

    1/2 large avocado
    1 T. lemon juice
    1/8 t. salt
    1/8 t. chili powder
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    3/8 cup lowfat buttermilk

Directions

Makes 1/2 cup, or four 2-Tablespoon servings.

Mix it all up in a little blender! Use more buttermilk to make it more like a dressing, or less buttermilk to make a stiffer spread. YUM!
