Ingredients

    Beans, black, 2 cup (remove)
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 cup (remove)
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
    Olive Oil, 1 1tsp (remove)
    *Cumin seed, 1 tsp (remove)
    Lime Juice, 1 lime yields (remove)
    Pepper, red or cayenne, 0.2 tsp (remove)
    Hot Pepper Sauce, 0.5 tsp (remove)

Directions

In medium skillet, saute onion, garlic, and pepper until tender. Add remaining ingredients and heat through. Serves 6.
Can be served warm with shredded cheese and lite sour cream, or cold as a salad.
