    3 Cups Low Sodium Chicken Broth or Water
    1 Cup Lentils (dry)
    1 Cup onions chopped
    1 Cup pepper (red, yellow or green) chopped
    1 tsp ginger
    1 tsp cumin
    1 tsp curry
    1/4 tsp cayenne pepper


Combine Lentils with Chicken broth or water (whichever you prefer). Bring to boil.
Add tomatoes, peppers, onions and seasonings.
Lower to simmer for 45mins.
