Ingredients

    2 cups fresh strawberries, stems removed
    1 cup low-fat buttermilk
    1 tablespoon honey
    1/2 cup vanilla nonfat yogurt
    4 mint sprigs for garnish

Directions

Combine strawberries, buttermilk and honey in blender or food processor; puree until smooth. Pour into individual serving bowls and chill two hours; top with a dollop of yogurt and one mint sprig.
