Ingredients

    2 cups snow peas
    1 Tbsp butter
    1 Tbsp garlic
    1/4 cup chopped walnuts

Directions

Melt the butter in a saute pan over moderate heat, then add the garlic and walnuts. Cook until they are fragrant, 3-5 minutes. Add the snow peas and toss to coat, then cook until the peas are bright green and your preferred tenderness, about another 5 minutes.
