Ingredients

    Add the following ingredients (in order) to a saucepan:

    1 3/4 cups of water
    1 cup of Quaker Oats (Instant)
    1/4 cup of dried cherries

    Bring to a Boil. Then, reduce to simmer and add (stirring continuously)

    1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
    2 tbsp of cherry jam/preserves

    Add milk to make it creamier (adjust amount to desired thickness) - about 2 tbsp per person
