Ingredients

    4 cups of stale bread cut in cubes

    1/2 cup Dried fruits (pineapple, apricot, raisins)

    1/2 cup Walnuts, chopped

    1/2 cup ground almond

    150g Fresh cream

    2 Eggs

    2TS brown sugar

    1/2 cup Coconut shreddded

    Coffee extract... or instant coffee powder.

Directions

Preheat oven to 180'C

Chop stale bread, dried fruit, nuts into small cubes. mix well

Beat eggs, fresh cream, sugar, coffee together

Mix dry and wet ingredients together and pour into mould.
Sprinkle with coconuts.

Bake for 20minutes.
