Ingredients

    1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef
    1/4 cup chopped onions
    1 14.5 oz can tomato sauce
    1 15.5 can light kidney beans
    1 15.5 can chili beans
    3 tbsp white vinegar (or cider)
    3 tbsp chili powder
    1 glove garlic chopped
    1 tsp salt sense
    1 tsp black or red pepper
    2 tsp cumin powder

Directions

Brown hamburger, onions,garlic. Pour off extra fat. Add rest of ingredients and simmer about 45 minutes or longer. Add more spices to taste if necessary.
