Ingredients

    1 pound ground beef
    1 cup rolled oats
    1/2 cup green pepper chopped
    1 cup onions chopped
    2 large eggs
    8 Tbsp Ketchup

Directions

Mix first 5 ingredients well in mixing bowl then place in loaf pan that has been sprayed with a non-stick cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes then drain any grease off. Top with ketchup and cook for 10 more minutes. Remove from oven and cool slightly. Cut into 6 slices and serve immediately.
