Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    3lb. pork baby back ribs (1 side)
    1 14.5 oz. can diced tomatoes
    1 14.5 oz can tomato sauce
    1/3 c. brown sugar (I used 2 tbs. of Splenda brown sugar)
    2 tbs. red wine vinegar
    1 tbs. worcestershire sauce
    1 tbs. soy sauce (low-sodium)
    1 tbs. chili powder
    2 tsp. ground cumin
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper

Directions

Place spare ribs in the bottom of a slow cooker.

Whisk together remaining ingredients.

Pour over spare ribs. Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours.

Yields approximately 6-4oz. servings.
