Ingredients

    * 1 cup all-purpose (((WHITE))) Flour
    * 1 cup all-purpose (((WHOLE WHEAT))) Flour
    * 3/4 cup packed Brown Sugar
    * 1 tsp. Baking Powder
    * 1/2 tsp. Salt
    ~*~ ~*~ ~*~ ~*~ ~*~
    * 1 large Egg
    * 1 1/2 cups Banana, mashed
    * 1/2 cup Milk, 1%
    * 1/3 cup salted Butter
    * 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
    ~*~ ~*~ ~*~ ~*~ ~*~
    * 1/4 cup Wheat Germ

Directions

1. Measure first five ingredients into a bowl. Stir. Make a well in center.
2. Combine next five ingredients in medium bowl. Add to well. Stir until just moistened. Fill 12 greased muffin cups 3/4 full.
3. Sprinkle 1/4 cup wheat germ on batter before baking.
4. Bake in 375F oven for 20 - 22 minutes, until wooden toothpick inserted in center of muffin comes out clean. Let stand for 5 minutes, then remove to wore rack to cool.
