Ingredients

    Nutritional yeast, spelt flour, vegetable broth, sunflower oil, miso, dijon mustard, garlic powder.

Directions

Put 4 TB. spelt flour, 3/4 c. nutritional yeast, 1/4 tsp. garlic powder into a pan. Add 1 1/2 c. vegetable broth and bring to a boil - for 30 secs. Add 1/3 c. sunflower oil, 3 TB. miso, 1 1/2 tsp. dijon and whisk until all are blended under very low heat. Serve hot.
