Ingredients

    1 tsp dried oregano
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper
    2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts or tenders
    2 Tbsp I can't believe its not butter
    1/2 cup chicken broth
    1/2 cup white wine
    1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 tsp chicken bouillon granules
    1/2 tsp dried parsley

Directions

MIx seasonings in sauce pan. Bring to a boil. Pour over chicken in the crockpot. Cook on Low about 3 hours. Will depend on how hot your cooker is.

    great! I will make this again.... I added a barley brown rice into the mix because I felt there was too much liquid...which gave the brown rice an awesome lemon taste too!!
    having it for lunch today.... Great recipe!
