Ingredients

    8 (4oz) salmon fillets
    2 T peanut oil
    4 T reduced sodium soy sauce
    4 T balsamic vinegar
    4 T green onions, chopped
    3 t brown sugar substitute, Splenda
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 1/2 t ground ginger
    2 t crushed red pepper flakes
    1 t sesame oil

Directions

Place all ingredients except salmon in large ziploc bag and shake to mix. Add salmon and marinate in fridge for four to six hours. Grill on hot coals or George Foreman until fish just flakes with a fork. Serves eight.
