Meatloaf:
2 lbs Ground beef, extra lean
1 cup Rolled Oats
2 large Eggs
1 15-oz Tomato Sauce
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp Onion powder
2 tbsp Dehydrated Onion Flakes
1.5 tbsp Italian Seasoning, 1.5 tbsp (remove)
1 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup Worcestershire Sauce
Glaze:
2/3 cup Ketchup
2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce, 6 tsp (remove)
1/4 cup Brown Sugar
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix together thoroughly all ingredients EXCEPT last 3 ingredients. I use my clean hands. Don't forget to remove your rings. ^_^
Shape into loaf in a 13in x 9in pan. Place in oven and bake for about an hour til nicely brown and juices run clear.
While meatloaf is baking, in a small bowl, mix together last 3 ingredients for glaze. Once meatloaf is down, spread glaze on top and sides and return to oven.
Bake until glaze is shiny and bubbly. Remove from oven.
Makes 16 servings if you cut 8 slices then cut the loaf down the middle lengthwise.
