Introduction

Ingredients

15 oz Wild Alaskan Salmon
3 ears of fresh sweet corn
1 cup fresh basil, chopped
1 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1 cup fresh mint, chopped
1 lime
2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Sea Salt
Ground Black Pepper
Directions
Brush both sides of the salmon filet with the extra virgin olive oil.
Apply some sea salt and ground pepper to both sides
Repeat this process with the corn
Grill the salmon and the corn on the BBQ until just done (fish usually takes about 4-8 minutes on each side)
Coarsely chop the salmon
Remove the corn from the cob
In a large bowl combine the chopped mint, basil, and cilantro with the salmon and corn.
Squeeze the juice from 1 lime over the salad and toss
Serve while warm
Optional: You can also add additional lime wedges for your guests.
