Ingredients

    Flank Steak, 20 oz
    Soy sauce (shoyu), low sodium, .75 tbsp
    365 Organic German Mustard, 16 tsp
    Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 1 tsp
    Garlic, 2 clove
    Ginger Root, 1 tsp
    Pepper, black, .25 tsp
    Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce, 1 tbsp
    Lime Juice, .5 lime yields

Directions

- marinate in refridgerator for 1 hour in a covered dish.
- grill for 8 minutes, flipping over halfway through
- let sit for 5 minutes before slicing
