Ingredients

    Blueberries, 1/2 cup
    Banana. 1
    Nonfat vanilla yogurt, 6 oz
    Ice cubes (about 6 oz)
    Water (6 oz) (I use the yogurt container to measure)
    Sweetener, 2 packets or to taste.


Directions

Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
