    3 c sliced zucchini
    3 c mushroom slices
    2 clove garlic
    1 medium onion
    1T sesame seeds
    1T low sodium soy sauce
    1T olive oil
    salt & pepper to taste


Heat olive oil.

Add ingredients and saute over medium to medium high heat until desired tenderness.

Makes 8 (1/2 c.) servings

  • We love this stir fry. It goes with any meal or just by itself for a great snack. Sometimes we omit the soy sauce and add a sprinkling of parmesan cheese on top. - 3/24/07
