i love cheesecake so i was determined to make a fat free one!! To get the crust right you will definatly have to play with it because honestly i am not sure exactly how i did it. crust will start to dry when you put it in the pie pan so add drops of milk when smushing it downso it will spread out. it takes work to make it but its worth it i love cheesecake so i was determined to make a fat free one!! Ingredients

*Sucralose (like Splenda), 12 tsp (remove)
*Philadelphia Fat Free Cream Cheese, 2 oz (remove)
Milk, nonfat, 1/8 th of a cup for melting plus a few drops for pushing down crust
*Philadelphia Fat Free Cream Cheese, 8 oz
Crystal Light Sugar Free Low Calorie Lemonade, with aspartame and acesulfame potassiu, 1 Serving
Milk, nonfat, .25 cup
*Wasa Crisp'n Light 7 Grain Cracker Bread - 3 Slices, 3 serving
*Cool Whip Free, 50 tbsp
Directions
put 1/3 cup strawberry cream cheese in a small sauce pan and add little splashes of milk and slowly stir until it has kind of a creamy liquidy substance. put wasa in a zip lock and crush into fine crumbs. put crumbs in a bowl and add cream cheese. quickly put into pie pan and add drops of milk to it and squish it into the pie pan covering the bottom of pan. chill for 10 minutes. beat softened cream cheese and lemonade mix in a bowl until well mixed. slowly add .25 cups milk and mix til blended. spoon in cool whip and mix with a spoon.spoon into pie plate and refridgarate 4 hours.
