Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    8 oz. FRESH perlino mozzarella cheese. Or 8 oz. diced fresh mozzarella
    6 plum tomatoes, cored, seeded and diced
    1 small onion (or to taste)
    3 cloves garlic (or to taste)
    1/4 cup chopped fresh basil, OR 2 T. dried basil
    1 T dried oregano, or 2 T fresh, chopped
    Dash of Salt
    1/4 t. of black pepper

Directions

Makes 6 servings.

Add all the ingredients together and stir. Refrigerate for a few hours to let flavours blend.

Fresh mozzarella cheese works best in this recipe, it's packed in water. You may find it at your deli case. If you cant find the perlino mozzarella(pearl sized), used the larger sized balls and just cut them into small chunks.
