Yummy! I accidentally scorched the first try- my microwave must be stronger. 3 min was plenty for me. Well worth the 2nd try. This would be so good on top of pancakes for breakfast! Perfect healthier dessert. - 11/22/11

This is really tasty and really helps me to quench my sweets cravings without having to feel guilty. Next time I make it I think I'll try it peeled...didn't really like the texture of the peel. - 1/10/11
